Ordering:
     All prices are displayed, charged and collected in US Dollars (USD). Vital Effects accepts orders on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept phone orders at 877-263-1141, 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturday. We accept fax orders, with payment by credit card, at 877-263-1141, 24 hours 7 days a week. All orders must have your name, USPS address (boxes, apo and such are ok), phone number and email address.
     Credit Card Payments: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover. All Credit Card orders are charged at the time you place the order.We accept credit card payments for all orders on the web, throught he mail, by fax or phone.
     Check/Money Order Payments: We accept all check and money order payments through the mail. We do not accept checks or money orders by phone or website at this time.
     We do not accept other types of payment at this time.

Shipping:
     Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. All orders are shipped United States Postal Service. 1 and 2 jar orders are shippped 1st Class, all other orders are shipped Priority Mail. We charge a flat $5.00 shipping charge on all orders less than $59.85. We have free shipping on all regular price orders of $59.85 or more, and on all 2 for 1 specials of $74.85 or more. All orders must have a USPS verifiable address. Orders that are returned as not deliverable by the US Postal Service will be charged an additional $5.00 reshipping charge. We will call before we reship. We do not offer any other type of shipping within the US.
     Orders are processed daily, and shipped same day if your order is placed before 4:00pm MST (11:30am on Saturday). All orders after that time will be shipped the following business day.

International

We accept phone orders at 877-263-1141, 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturday Mountain Standard Time, US. We do not accept collect or reverse charge phone calls. We accept fax orders, with payment by credit card, at 877-263-1141, 24 hours 7 days a week.

Shipping:

Nearly every country on Earth supports US Global Priority Mailor AirMail Package, however, if your country does not, we will have to cancel your order, refund you money, and not ship any Vital Effects products to you.
     We charge a flat $10.00 shipping charge on all international (Non-US) orders. All orders must have your name, full address, phone number and email address. If there is not room enough for you full address in the regular address fields, please include additional address info in the message area of the ordering page. We are not responsible if your address is not correct and is sent back to us or otherwise lost in the local, US or international mails. You must make sure we have you full address. International orders that are sent back to us as undeliverable will not receive a refund of any kind for any reason.
