When Will You Achieve Relief?

Some women experience immediate relief; others find that it may take a few weeks, or from one to four months to turn things around. Remember, this is a natural product, not a drug. As such it is safe to use as much of it daily as may be needed. After you are experiencing relief, one jar will last approximately 30 days with average use.

How to Start and Use:

This is a low dose product and can be used as many times daily as needed. The following are recommended usage patterns, however, you are free to find your own usage levels without fear of over dosing.
It is recommended to use 2 jars of Tri-Gesterone DAILY™ Triple Fortified Added Strength Progesterone Cream the first month then about one jar a month is recommended for average use.
To Start: Apply 1/4 teaspoon of the Tri-Gesterone DAILY™ Triple Fortified Added Strength Progesterone Cream 3 times a day the first month. Then 1/4 teaspoon 2 times a day the second month, and then 1/4 teaspoon once a day for each month there after.
Daily Use: Use 1/4 teaspoon once each day.
If you find the ingredients in the Cream are not working fast enough for you, apply the Cream after a hot bath or shower when the skin is warm.
Because Tri-Gesterone DAILY™ Triple Fortified Added Strength Progesterone Cream is actually low dose and natural, and not a drug, you cannot use too much. Daily you may use as much as wanted or needed!
Many women do not want to bother with measuring each day. That works great with our low dose cream. A dime size dollup is about right each day. You are welcome to use your own judgement, just try to keep the amount you apply the same amount day by day.

Are You Already on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?

Apply a hot (not scalding!) wash cloth to the area where you are about to apply the Cream to heat the skin. After a few moments, the area will be hot. Now apply 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon. Repeat at 15 minute intervals for one hour or until the flashes disappear.

Use the hot (not scalding!) wash cloth as above, except restrict the application to the back of the neck and across the forehead and temples. Many report no heat is needed to get these results.

For Best Results use the ingredients of 2 Jars a month for 12 months.

Restrict the application to painful area and repeat every 15 minutes for 1 to 2 hours twice a day. Most see positive results after 5-7 days. Over time it is normal to enjoy the same results with less Cream.
